POG MOCKTAIL FUDGE CAKE
The top layer is made with Cruzan Passion Fruit Rum, Passion Fruit Juice blended in Milk Chocolate. The second layer is made with Orange Ginger Rum from St Maarten, Triple Sec fresh juiced oranges blended in milk chocolate. Then the bottom layer is Cruzan Guava Rum & Organic Guava Juice blended in Milk Chocolate. It is topped with a chocolate molded Hibiscus Flower.
This cake can be made in a Cocktail version upon request. Cake feeds 4 – 6 people.
