My passion is creating and entertaining. I started making fudge for me and my family as a child. The first recipe I created was was made in a microwave, and it was pretty good. As I grew up, my taste had changed from simple fudge made for the masses to more complex flavors. Today, I don’t even own a microwave!

Once I learned that liquid could be added to chocolate, mainly fudge, that was a game changer for me. My first attempt at using alcohol in fudge was during the Holidays in 2018. I made both milk chocolate and white chocolate fudge with Egg Nog. They both turned out great and I gave out my new creation as gifts for the Holidays. At the time I was working in the field of accounting and finance. So, I started using my clients as taste testers and getting their
feedback to perfect each flavor.

I have since thought myself how to add an actual cocktail to each type of chocolate flavor (dark, semi-sweet, milk & white). As a result of that discovery, Cocktail Fudge was born.
